Resource & Response Center
We provide all of our customers with a preliminary consultation.  During this consultation we will work with you directly to determine which of our products fits your concept best.  We will also customize the product so that it is tailored to your specific needs.

After the preliminary consultation, your dedicated Account Executive will work with our Development team to build your product. Your system will be implemented by our Resource and Response Center and monitored closely by all departments to ensure a seamless  transition to our software.

We present full training to our customers in order for you to use our product to it’s greatest potential. We offer training either over the Internet using WebEx or a face-to-face training session with one of our training specialists.

Our Resource and Response Center is available 24/7 and is designed to resolve issues through three levels of assistance beginning with our hotline, which is complemented by the online response system and a professional services group.
